TRYOUT FEE
$50 for returning players, $60 for new players, if you register and pay by June 5th. After June 5th $75 for everyone. Tryout fees are non-refundable.
You must register for tryouts. No walk in will be accepted.

To try out as a fully formed team please email me to set up a team evaluation. More info regarding this is on the Services page.
Tryout info:
Players need to check in 15 minutes early and sign a waiver. You must have a signed waiver on file in order to try out.
Players will receive a number to be worn the entire time.
Bring water and knee pads.
ALL players looking to play for NHVC must attend tryouts.
Parents are welcome to stay or leave but a parent or legal guardian must be present at the conclusion of tryouts.
If your child is chosen to play for one of the NHVC teams you will sign a parent/player agreement and leave a non refundable deposit. This is your down payment for your season fees and will ensure your spot on the team. When you sign this you are committing to NHVC.
If your child is not chosen this does not mean she is not good enough to play club volleyball. We are a small club entering our eleventh season and we will only expand as much as we can based on gym space and available coaches. We take this very seriously and believe in doing things a certain way. We will only take the amount of kids we feel like will get the kind of training we want to be known for. If more space and coaches become available we may do supplementals later this year. If you would like to be considered please let us know and we will add you to the wait list.
Age Classification for the 2023-2024 Season:
18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 OR Players who were born on or after July 1, 2004 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006 OR Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 (18 years or younger) who shall neither have completed nor are in a grade higher than the eleventh grade (11th) during the current academic year will be allowed to participate at the USA Junior National Championships on 17 and under teams.
16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
11 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012

18's is a slightly shorter fast paced season. It will include several tournaments including Lone star classic 18's qualifier and Lone star 18's Regionals but will end slightly earlier than a normal season.
Senior year is an important time in our players lives and a regular length season could impact things like prom and other activities. We believe by running a shorter, fast paced season, we can still get in some great tournaments, with college coach exposure, and yet finish the season early enough to allow the girls their final high school moments.
Please note: the season will be extended through spring nationals if a bid were to be awarded.
